more fuel savings

After watching the above video, you should find the following very interesting.

Most people are using hydroxy gas to give an improvement in their car economy, but this has some disadvantages.
Hydroxy gas is a perfect mixture of hydrogen and oxygen that makes water when ignited.

Some of the hydrogen combines with the fuel that is being used and helps with the engine performance. That leaves some oxygen left, and this is what causes the problem. The car computer senses the extra oxygen in the exhaust and adjusts the fuel mixture to compensate, making the fuel now too rich.

To overcome this problem an EFIE is used to fool the computer by making the oxygen reading appear to be less. This in most countries is illegal, and it also has a down side too, if the EFIE is not adjusted correctly or too much, damage can occur in the engine due to running too lean (not enough fuel)

To overcome all these problems I designed the separation cell. This cell produces the hydrogen  and oxygen gases separately, and keeps them separate.
The oxygen we do not want, so we let it go back into the atmosphere. The hydrogen now combines with more fuel and alters the carbon structure to give more power, burn quicker and completely, reducing the pollutants and giving a saving in fuel economy.
Because there is no extra oxygen introduced, there is no need for an illegal EFIE device, no risk of damage to the engine and less gas is required due to the being no oxygen to rob the hydrogen from the fuel mix.
We have found that the system can be run best at between 15-20 amps, so there is less strain put on the alternator to produce the needed electricity, and also less strain on the engine to run the alternator. Also we have found that a weak electrolyte is better to use as well, we use 1-3 teaspoons of Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) to 1 litre of water, this works very well with a titanium cathode plate and stainless steel anodes.

There is a huge difference, I can't state that loud enough!!!
To start with hho is explosive while hydrogen burns.
HHO systems require an illegal EFIE to be fitted to fool the vehicle computer, due to the additional oxygen present. This is not only illegal, it can damage your engine due to running lean.
HHO systems require a flashback arrestor, many of them do not work well enough, hydrogen doesn't need that.
Hydrogen works better for emission control than HHO, our tests prove that.
Not as much hydrogen is needed compared to HHO, we have had very good results on the test vehicle (Mitsubishi Manga) in both fuel savings and emissions reductions.

Watch the videos on the website to see even more about the system we have, all the tests are there and all the results.

Finally a way to overcome the ECU issue LEGALLY!

Note: This time CO2 went down and O2 went up by the corosponding amount.

It actually made some Oxygen and put it back into the atmosphere.

How Cool is that.??

So what is different about this cell?

Instead of collecting the oxygen and hydrogen from
each cell compartment, the compartment is divided with
a membrane.

The membrane allows the electrical current to pass
through as if it were not there, but the gases are
released from the water on each plate and as the gases
are trapped within their own compartment they stay
separate from each other.

The cell has been designed to collect the gases through

a header, one for hydrogen and one for oxygen.

The water is also kept separate too, using the
same principle as the gas separation.

The water is separated for balance only, and is
connected electically by means of the membrane.

This new technology is available now in kit form.

The kits allow the cells to be expanded to any size that
you want by simply adding more plates and membranes.

The gaskets are the secret to how it works.

Why is this important?

By keeping the gases separate, the oxygen can be
kept out of the fuel mix.

So What!

Well if the oxygen is kept out of the fuel mix then there will
be no need for a EFIE, which in most countries are illegal,
are very hard to get to work properly, and can make the engine
run too lean and do permanent damage.

Hydrogen burns slower than a hydroxy mix (hydrogen and oxygen together)
and therefore gives a longer burn time although still extremely quick.
This acts like a giant spark plug across the top of the pistons, and the gases
within the cylinder can now be more efficiently burnt within the cyclinder,
rather than a large percentage being wasted out of the exhaust port.

Little hydrogen is needed to give a significant increase in performance,
fuel saving and cleaner running. Emissions tests have shown that most
of the unwanted emissions have been eliminated by the introduction of
hydrogen to the fuel mix.

A CD is available to show how it all works, how to

build, how to test, and many other interesting
items that are related to this project.

Now is that good or what?

No EFIE was used as there is no extra oxygen present, so there was no need.

Custom Cut Membranes.

If you want to redesign your own cell that is suitable for changing to a separator cell, custom cut membranes can be made for you by filling in the form here

Due to the high request rate an additional set of templates have been added to the CD for a slightly smaller cell
This update is FREE to all Registered CD owners.
Additional parts will be available in the WebShop as required for the smaller cell design.

New Technology Advancement.

A new cell has been designed and will replace all other models that we offered in the past.

You may have noticed that no dry hydroxy cells are being offered at this time due to the new release that we have now.

What is different about this new cell?

Well other cells produce hydroxy gas which is quiet explosive and dangerous if not handled correctly.

There are also a number of problems with hydroxy gas, the biggest being the need to use an EFIE (which are illegal in most countries) and have the problems of setting the EFIE to work well with the vehicle without compromising the fuel mixture making it too lean and damaging the engine.

The new design splits the oxygen and hydrogen from the water and keeps them separated. The oxygen can be liberated into the atmosphere (good for planet Earth) and the hydrogen used in the fuel mix without the need of an EFIE.

Also hydroxy gas cannot be compressed safely without fear of exploding, the mixture of both hydrogen and oxygen are together, while hydrogen can be compressed and even stored if needed without explosion. This is very good news for turbo power vehicles.

A CD has been produced and is available for purchase.

This CD explains the new cell, how it works, how to build it, step by step instructions, how to test it, and where to get the materials to build it.

There will also be a number of additional items of interest on the CD all relative to the project. as well as links to download the templates of all the parts in full size. The CD will be updated on the net, and registered users will have free upgrades to any changes that come about via the net.

A basic kit of parts that are hard to make are offered, these consist of accurately laser cut stainless steel plates, laser cut gasket template to assist hand cutting, laser cut membranes and all the other small items such as nuts bolts, stainless wide washer, plastic insulator tubing, hose fittings, etc arel all be available in the webshop to purchase as required.

Also if you wish to experiment with different design configurations, spare plates, and membranes are also available to purchase singly.

If you wish to be amongst the first to have this new technology, add your name to the mailing list.
