As expected:
All components look well manufactured. HHO controller is a very good looking piece of kit, look forward to getting it up and running.
Only thought, no doupt you've tested this, is because you are having to use two rubber gaskets to seal in the membrane, is this gap between plates getting a bit on the large size? Will this effect the cells efficiency slightly?
Instructions are quite clear on the CD. One other little thing, the CD window size is very small. Can this be enlarged for easier viewing.
You've put together a very professional product.
Reply: Thank you for your comments, The gap has shown on adverse effects in the operation of the cell. Thanks for the suggestion on window size, it has now been increased slightly to fit 800 x 600 screens, people using smaller resolutions will have to change their screen size or not be able to view all content.

Something different about this design, can't wait to try it out. CD was well planned, would like to see more video content if possible.
Reply: Thank you for taking time to comment. The CD has been expanded and auto-updated through the website content. As new features are developed, this new information is available through the user login area. As for the video content, a new CD will be planned for the future and this time a full size CD will be used that can hold more content. As the reports come in from other builders of this cell, these too may be added to the future CD, with their video content if supplied.

A coment from Norway, some information about the avarage amp consumption for the differents types of plates or kits. Are planning to order a kit, but need some more information of the sicze i need for a 3 litr engine, and what kind of production of hydrogen i can expect from it.
Some builders are using titanium plates, will that improve production ?.
After alle this is informating and exsiting.
If this is to my experrtations, there is a big interest here in my aera.

The test cells with only 3 neutral plates (concept test cells, for bench testing) have produced approx. 1L of hydrogen per 10 amps of current draw.
This is pure hydrogen, not hydroxy gas and does not need an EFIE.
For vehicle use the 4 neutral plate is preferred as it reduces the heat losses.
The cell can be expanded as big as you like by adding further elements to the stack.. i.e. 4 neutral plates per active plate, 4-6 active plates.
Titanium is VERY expensive, and has not proved to be the best way to make the cells as the surface eventually breaks down (plated)
Solid titanium can not be used because the positive plate will form titanium di-oxide which is an electrical insulator and will stop the cell from working.

Can I save Money? There are several ways in which you can save money.
Firstly if you decide to
build a HHO generator, doing it yourself can save you a bundle.
Secondly, using the generator will give many returns in fuel economy, cleaner running engine,
less polutions, and a feeling of helping our planet by reducing carbon emmissions.
For those that do not have the means fo doing it themselves, kits of ready made parts are available,
or can be produced as required, or ready made units pre-assembled are available also.
How does it work? When added to your normal fuel mix, HHO acts as a catalyst to promote fast burning or
complete burning
of that fuel.
This in itself is a vast saving of fuel that is normally wasted un-burnt that just goes out of the exhaust pipe
and pollutes the air we breathe.
Why does it work? By adding HHO to the mix gives you more mileage as this normally wasted fuel is being
used to
give more
power, less emissions, and a greater MPG (Km/L).
As well as being a catalyst, HHO is a perfect fuel,
burns completely with at least four times the power of
petrol and produces pure water as a residue, no carbon
emissions, and also reduces the carbon emissions
of the main fuel by the complete burning process.
Is it safe? The Internet today has many systems and plans that are being sold; some good, many not so good
and even dangerous.
We do not supply, sell or advocate "Glass Bombs" as some Internet scam artists are doing.
